Availability

Goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. No contract is made until we have sent you an email confirming that the goods you have ordered have been despatched to you.

Warranties, limitation of liability and Faulty Goods

All items should reach you in working order. You can only return goods to us that are faulty or different from those ordered. In this event, we will issue you with a full refund, including all delivery charges. To return an item, please package the item securely, including a note giving the reason for return and send the package to:

Providing a full description of the fault. You must return the item to us no later than 30 days after receipt. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Mistakes in Bills, Receipts or Payments

If you believe there is a mistake in the bill, receipt or payment, please notify us in writing at the following address: mistakes@frozenshoulder.com. We will endeavour to deal with such notification as soon as possible and in all events, within 30 days of receipt of such notification.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This contract will be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract to purchase the book any time up to and including 7 working days from the date of delivery. To cancel the contract, please provide notification of such cancellation in writing and return the book to us in its original and unused condition, along with the wrapping, receipt and order number or date of order to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the book to us if it is not defective or different from that ordered. In all other cases we will pay for all the costs involved in exchange and shipping new products. We can arrange for collection of the item from your residence, but this will be at your cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

We will deliver your books within 30 days of confirmation of despatch of your order. If we do not deliver within that period, you have the right to a refund of all money already paid by you but you will be able, if you prefer, to agree to a later delivery date instead.
