This clinic is run by registered Osteopath Sarah Howells, who divides her time between London and Usk. Sarah has been treating Frozen Shoulders successfully for the past 4 years alongside Simeon Niel-Asher at The London Frozen Shoulder Clinic.

How to get there
Usk is conveniently located 10 minutes off Junction 24 of the M4 and the practice is only a 3-minute walk from Usk town centre. M4 West, West Wales
From the West, take the M4 and exit at Junction 24. At the end of the Motorway slip road turn left at the roundabout and exit onto the A449 dual carriageway signposted Monmouth & Abergavenney. After 7.8 miles take the exit slip road onto the A472 signposted Usk. Continue for 1.3 miles and turn left into Maryport Street, corner of Barclays Bank and White Hart Public House. The practice is the last house on the right before the park.
M4 West and M5 South
Take the M4, cross the New Severn Bridge. Exit M4 at Junction 24.

Midlands, M5 North and A40 East.
From the Midlands, take the M5 to the M50. At Ross-on-Wye, take the A40 signposted to Monmouth & Abergavenny. Pass through Monmouth. After 6.4 miles continue straight ahead onto the A449 signposted M4 & Newport. Continue for 5 miles and take the exit slip road onto the A472 signposted Usk. Continue for 1.6 miles and turn left into Maryport Street, corner of Barclays Bank and White Hart Public House. The practice is the last house on the right before the park.
A40 North West, Mid and North Wales
From the North West, take the A40 towards Abergavenny. Pass Abergavenny and continue for 5 miles and bear left onto the A449 signposted M4 & Newport. Continue for 5 miles and take the exit slip road onto the A472 signposted Usk. Continue for 1.6 miles and turn left into Maryport Street, corner of Barclays Bank and White Hart Public House. The practice is the last house on the right before the park.
