About the clinic
The North Herts Frozen Shoulder Clinic provides the same excellent standard of care as the London Frozen Shoulder clinic. The clinic osteopath Deborah Smith divides her time between the London and North Herts clinics. Deborah works alongside Simeon Niel-Asher in his London clinic, a centre of excellence for the treatment and rehabilitation of frozen shoulders.

How to get there
Stevenage is conveniently located between junctions 7 and 8 of the A1(M). It is easily accessible from Hertfordshire, Bedfordhire, Cambridgeshire and Essex. There are free parking bays outside the clinic.
From the North, junction 8 of the A1 (M)
- Leave the A1(M) at junction 8 (signposted Hitchin, Stevenage (North), then at roundabout take the 5th exit onto the A602 (signposted Stevenage) Entering Stevenage
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Hitchin Road - A602 (signposted Town Centre)
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A602 (signposted Town Centre)
- Turn left (one-way) then
- Turn right (signposted Town Centre, Hertford) A602
- Turn right onto James Way (signposted Hitchin) A602
- Turn left (signposted Hertford) A602
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Lytton Way - A602 (signposted Ware, Hertford)
- At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Fairlands Way - A1155 (signposted Walkern)
- Keep in right hand lane then
- At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Fairlands Way - A1155 (signposted Walkern)
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Fairlands Way - A1155 (signposted Walkern)
- At mini-roundabout bear right onto Fairlands Way - A1155
- At mini-roundabout turn right onto Bedwell Crescent
- The Community Centre will be on your right hand side with parking in lay-bys on either side of the road.
From the South, junction 7 A1(M)
- Leave the A1(M) at junction 7 (signposted Stevenage, Ware), then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto Broadhall Way - A602 (signposted Stevenage) Entering Stevenage
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A602 (signposted Ware)
- At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A602 (signposted Town Centre)
- At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Six Hills Way (signposted Chells, Shephall, Bedwell)
- Turn left onto Homestead Moat
- Turn right onto Cuttys Lane
- Turn right onto Bedwell Crescent
- The Community Centre is on your left with parking in lay-bys on either side of the road.
The clinic is a 10 minute walk from Stevenage train station
