1- Can a partner really treat me with no experience at all?

YES – the five-step programme is easy enough for your husband/wife/partner to follow especially if you purchase the self help DVD in which Simeon guides you through his method. Our self help book presents a basic five-step programme guiding you to rapidly accelerate, improve and defrost your frozen shoulder. It has brought relief to literally 1000’s of people around the world. It is packed with information, advice and a step by step guide to treatment. (Whilst it is preferable to seek treatment from a qualified Niel-Asher Technique® practitioner). Our self help programme has been specifically designed for you to work through at home, with a partner or therapist. Often a friend or partner has seen the pain and disability you are in every day. By working together, they can really understand what you are going through and help you through it!

2- Is it safe?

YES - the technique is very safe and effective; it is totally hands-on and taps in to the body's own inner healing systems. If you are worried or feel the problem is not responding to our treatment, you can stop it at any time, wait a few weeks and start it again. Remember, you may be in severe pain to start with anyway.

For the first few sessions we recommend you go gently as the technique works on some painful tissues; but this soon gets easier with each treatment session.

3- Can I make it worse?

Unlikely! If you are too aggressive with the technique you may have a 2-3 day reaction of soreness, but the technique does not involve pulling or pushing the shoulder to extremes.

You may have tried other therapies unsuccessfully or you may be in severe pain to start with. If this is the case you may want to see a practitioner. The technique can be painful; this is because it manipulates your already sensitive tissues, but this gets easier with each treatment session. Also, remember, the longer you have had the problem, the quicker and easier the technique works!

If you are worried you should stop treatment immediately and consult your physician. In rare cases there can be another underlying condition, such as a rotator cuff muscle tear. In such a case, we would prefer you to see a qualified Niel-Asher Technique® therapist.

4- What equipment do I need?

Not much –  a bed, couch or even the floor, Blue NIVEA cream, our books, DVD and exercise-band and a partner – that’s it – it’s as easy as that!

9- Can I order a copy of the book and DVD from anywhere in the world?

Yes - we post all of our books via our own UK courier and UK Royal Mail first class service. This UK company can deliver anywhere in the world where you can receive post.

10- How long will it take to arrive?

We send out books twice per week. We find that most orders will be with you within 3 – 10 days. Please note, this may take longer during holiday periods.

11- What is your returns policy? - We hope you will enjoy our products and find them useful, but returning or exchanging a product couldn't be easier. Cancellation/Returns

You have the right to cancel the contract to purchase the book any time up to and including 7 working days from the date of delivery. To cancel the contract, please provide notification of such cancellation in writing and return the book to us in its original and unused condition, along with the wrapping, receipt and order number or date of order to the following address:
