The Niel-Asher technique is already making a difference in my practice.  I began studying the treatment in November of 06 and in just 4 months have used it on many patients.  Primarily I have used it on post surgical shoulder patients as that is the nature of my practice and have found all those patients benefiting from the pain relief and the improved functional firing of the muscle sequence. The worst case I ever had came to my office last year. She had zero range of motion and any movement created unbelievable pain.
